4. SMS / Text Message Communications

TerraVue USA offers optional SMS text message alerts for registered customers through our farm portal. By enabling SMS alerts in your account settings and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from TerraVue USA at the phone number(s) you provide.

Types of SMS messages we send:

• Critical sensor alerts (e.g., extreme soil moisture, equipment issues)
• General sensor alerts and threshold notifications
• Daily summary reports (if enabled)
• Agronomic decision recommendations (if enabled)

Message frequency varies based on your alert settings and sensor conditions. You control which categories of alerts you receive through your portal settings.

Message and data rates may apply.Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all SMS messages sent by TerraVue USA.

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, disabling SMS alerts in your account settings, or contacting us at support@terravueusa.com. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages unless you re-enable alerts.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any TerraVue USA product or service.
